Registration Application Procedures

Registration procedures for construction equipment in general; First registration consists of second hand vehicle deferrals, inheritance declaration and deferment certificate renewal procedures (reissue of lost licenses, renewal of worn and unusable registration certificate, change of title and renewal of registration documents for company mergers). The application documents required for the registration procedures are stated below.

For Vehicles to be Registered for the First Time

A petition addressed to the Gulf Chamber of Commerce requesting the registration of the construction equipment,

Invoice (original and photocopy),

For new vehicles (a valid Domestic Goods Certificate if the construction machine is domestic production, if the vehicle is imported, a customs entry declaration in addition to the invoice and a receipt indicating that the customs tax has been paid,

Document of residence of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

A copy of the identity card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

Signature circular or Power of Attorney (If the real or legal person will not follow their own transactions),

Technical document (will be edited and approved by a mechanical engineer registered in the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers and will contain the following information)

The minimum information required to be included in the technical document is:

1. Type of vehicle

2. Brand

3. Model

Type 4

5. Net weight (kg)

6. Chassis number

7.Engine number

8. Engine power (BG / kw)

9.Fuel type (diesel / gasoline / other)

10. Mechanical-Hydraulic-Pneumatic-Rope

11. Yield capacity (ton / hour, kg / hour, kw / hour, psi)
