IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING LOST OR STOLEN IDENTITY

Your lost or stolen identity document used by malicious persons, On your behalf; In order not to establish a commercial enterprise, to establish a company or to be authorized as an authorized / representative to companies, you must apply to our Trade Registry Directorate with a petition (by proxy) in person or through your legal representative and request RESTRICTION for your lost or stolen identity document.

In the attachment of the petition, a valid official identity document and also a copy of the documents proving the representation authority for the legal representatives are shown to the trade registry directorate.

By our directorate; identification of the person who lost or stolen Or, for as long as he continued restrictions on the person's legal representative of the registration to be valid in all the trade registry offices in Turkey; They will be informed in writing that they cannot establish any commercial enterprise or company or act as an authorized / representative in companies.

In order for the restriction to be lifted, the same must be applied with a petition.
