REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

A-Certificate of Inheritance-Registration with Certificate of Inheritance (if there is no waiver)

1) Detailed petition showing the situation after the transfer

2) Certificate of inheritance from the court or certificate of inheritance from a notary (1 original or certified copy)

B-Registration by General Assembly Decision

1) Petition

2) Notarized General Assembly Meeting Minutes (1 master)

3) List of Attendants (1 original)

4) Certificate of inheritance from the court or certificate of inheritance from the notary (1 original or certified copy)

5) Disclaimer, if any, in a notary public (1 original)

Notes

a) If the shares are increased due to the transfer; It is necessary to distribute the remainder shares among the inheritors so that the number of shares is whole.

b) Has a new partner entry; photo (1 piece)

c) If those under the age of 18 become partners with the mother or father through inheritance, a decision to appoint a trustee for the minors must be taken from the court.

d) If there is a new public entrance partner's name and surname, citizenship and citizens of the Republic of Turkey T. C. identification number, if foreign national, tax number

e) Foreign partner

- If available, a notarized copy of the Residence Permit (1 original) or a declaration indicating the address if the address is abroad.

- Notarized translated copy of passport (1 original - 1 photocopy)

-Potential tax display document must be attached.

-Photo (2 pieces)
