The “Artificial Intelligence in HR Processes” training session, organised by the Gulf Chamber of Commerce, took place with strong participation from members. The training programme covered key topics such as the applications of artificial intelligence technologies in human resources processes, talent management, recruitment processes and productivity analyses.

Led by trainer Dr Duygu Salman Öztürk, the programme provided a comprehensive assessment of the rapidly evolving approach to human resources management in the business world. The opportunities offered by artificial intelligence in identifying the right talent, enhancing the employee experience and increasing internal efficiency were shared with participants.

Throughout the programme, the impact of digitalisation on human resources processes was illustrated through practical examples, whilst the importance of a data-driven management approach in the future of the business world was highlighted. Participants also had the opportunity to learn about the competitive advantages that AI-supported human resources applications can provide to businesses.

Officials from the Gulf Chamber of Commerce stated that they would continue to organise training programmes to support members’ digital transformation processes in the coming period, and expressed their gratitude to all participating members and the trainer, Dr Duygu Salman Öztürk.
