Real Person (Individual) Branch New Registration

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1) Documents to be obtained from the registry office where the head office is registered (TSY Article 120)

a) Documents approved by the registry office regarding the establishment and changes of the company in the directorate file at the old headquarters (1 set original)

b) Permission letter issued by the Central Trade Registry Directorate in accordance with Article 120 of the Trade Registry Regulation (1 original)

2) New Registration Request Petition

3) Signature statement under the title prepared by the Trade Registry Directorate (1 original - 1 photocopy). (You can get the declaration by submitting the Mersis request number at the Trade Registry Office near you.)

4) Photo (2 pieces)

5) Tax Office "EXCHANGE IMAGING FOR REAL PEOPLE" document (1 original - 1 photocopy)

(It is requested from the Ministry of Finance Tax Offices Automation Project (VEDOP) system as it cannot be obtained electronically.)

6) For registration in the room; Genuine Person Registration Statement

 

Notes

1-If it is the same with the field of activity in the center, a branch should be opened, if different, a separate real person center record should be created.

2-If the Branch Official is a Foreign National;

- If available, a notarized copy of the Residence Permit (1 original) or a declaration indicating the address if the address is abroad.

- Translated notarized passport copy (1 original - 1 photocopy)

- His photograph (2 pieces)

- Tax office potential imaging document (1 original)
