Transfer Foreign Companies to Turkey
Turkey Moving the Center of Foreign Trade Company
Documents and registration (TSY Article 115)
(1) The following documents are given to the applied directorate:
a- Center indicating that the trading company of Turkey moved to a foreign country in accordance with the present law and it is issued by the trade register registration organizations or countries do not have the certificate issued by the competent authorities and the Turkish translation.
b- The document obtained from the competent authority abroad and its Turkish translation showing that the change of center is in accordance with its own law.
c- If the headquarter is transferred commercial business company. Company agreement adapted to Turkish law and its Turkish translation.
ç- If the registration of the company that will carry its headquarters is subject to permission, the letter of permission received from the relevant institution.
d- The decision taken regarding the relocation of the center (The decision must be certified by the Turkish consulate or in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Abolition of the Requirement for Approval of Foreign Official Documents and submitted to the directorate along with a notarized Turkish translation.
e- Signature declarations under the title of the company manager or directors (1 original - 1 photocopy) arranged under the title of the company indicating the identity, citizenship and place of residence.
f- If it is a joint stock company, a bank letter and receipt showing that 1/4 (25 percent) of the cash capital has been paid,
g- Bank receipt regarding the payment to be made according to the clause (c) of the first paragraph of Article 39 of the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054 dated 7/12/1994.

h- Legal Person Registration Statement for registration in the Chamber
ı- 2 photographs of the authorities
i- Company's Potential Tax Office Display Document (1 original - 1 photocopy)
(2) The documents listed in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of the first paragraph, documents issued in a foreign country subject to a foreign law are certified by the Turkish consulate or in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on Abolition of the Obligation of Foreign Official Documents and with a notarized Turkish translation. It must be given to the directorate together.
(3) Center for the registration of the trade company in Turkey with the establishment of the provisions apply. Directorates; During this registration, the trading company carrying its headquarters is obliged to investigate whether the company agreement is in compliance with Turkish law or adapted.
