Korfez Chamber of Commerce Digital Tachograph Card Service

Körfez Chamber of Commerce received the Digital Tachograph (Digital Driver's License) service authorization within the Provincial Chambers. These transactions can now be carried out at the Körfez Chamber of Commerce.

The digital tachograph card service, which is referred to as a digital driver's license in the freight or passenger transportation sector, was provided only in provincial centers and provincial rooms. With the protocol signed between the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, this service has now begun to be provided at KTO.

Within the scope of the service to be realized within the body of KTO, enterprises do not need to go to distant locations for digital tachographs.

KTO Chairman of the Board Recep Öztürk said, “Our request for a digital tachograph, that is, a digital driver's license, which we have been requesting and closely following for a while, in order to serve our carriers and our members engaged in logistics and service business, has been accepted by TOBB and our Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, and we have received their permission. The digital tachograph renewal and purchase were carried out by the provincial chambers. Thanks to the initiatives of our board of directors, all our members or non-member businesses operating in this area will now be able to carry out digital tachograph transactions, that is, digital license renewals and other transactions in our room. How Are Transactions Made?

Citizens who want to apply for a digital tachograph card apply to KTO with a biometric photo and identity card, and then enter the person's mobile phone and e-mail address to the system and continue to the application screen. If our citizen is not able to receive his card himself, the information of the person to be sent is also entered into the system at this time. The amount to be paid according to the relevant card of the citizen appears in the system and the system becomes active after the payment is made to Staum's Iban address. Later, while the digital tachograph card is sent to KTO, our citizens also receive an information sms. Also, KTO representatives call our citizen and inform him that his card is ready and can be obtained from the Chamber. When our citizen arrives at the KTO, the delivered notification is approved and signed online, and given to the KTO representative, he can receive his card.
