Perhaps the most decisive part of the activities organized within the scope of the social responsibility project, which continues on its way with the slogan "Gulf Raises Its Stars in Its Professions", which carries the aim of the project, the 2022 career days where businessmen or professionals and vocational students get to know each other and experience transfers to students and try to encourage vocational education. The first event held in 2018 was held with the participation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Recep Öztürk.

Emphasizing that today's professional ideas are in demand and new ideas shape the future, Öztürk asked if there are students who have entrepreneurial ideas and want to start their own business, and took a close interest in the business ideas of students who want to do their own business.

Promising successful female and male students who continue their education in the furniture department to do internships at their own workplace, Öztürk also started initiatives to find suitable businesses for a few male students who want to do apprenticeships in the field of automotive electronics.

Expressing that the need for qualified personnel is increasing day by day, KTO Chairman of the Board of Directors Recep Öztürk said, "I believe that our graduates who have completed the necessary infrastructure in their profession, both theoretically and practically, will not have a problem in employment and will have a good income level in line with their professional equipment. ” used the phrases.

Korfez MTAL Director Harun Kını gladly gave the good news of the scholarship that the Protocol Executive Board, which is composed of the representatives of Körfez Chamber of Commerce and Körfez District National Education, which carries out the MEB, TOBB and TOBB ETU cooperation protocol, will be donated regularly by considering the needs of the students in order for them to achieve professional success. In this context, a certain number of students who meet several criteria such as course grade, absenteeism, discipline and the financial situation of the family will be given scholarships.

Recep Öztürk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KTO, gave the good news that technical trips will be made to enterprises and cultural trips to contribute to the cultural perspectives of the students in order to contribute positively to the professional development of the students and to give an idea about the professional working environment.

Having a vision of developing a vocational training model in which young people with access to technical knowledge are trained, Körfez Chamber of Commerce is putting the groundwork of a future in which all the problems in terms of qualified personnel will disappear, by considering all the details. In accordance with this purpose, students will learn the works and processes at different levels by applying today's technology and equipment in the member enterprises with which the protocol is signed, and gain experience in these workplaces that are currently continuing production.

If it is necessary to define the details that are worked on in order to achieve the aims aimed with the Vocational High School Future Guarantee project within the body of KTO;

Professional meetings are held with them on a regular basis in order to discuss the demands and suggestions of employers within the body of KTO, and it is ensured that students benefit from the appropriate educational activities of the engineering chambers. The trainings of KOÜ Technology Transfer Office are shared with the students and it is tried to increase their interest in practical and theoretical courses.

It tries to provide students with value-added laboratories by organizing the support of the Development Agency, and aims to improve the quality of their education life by improving scholarship opportunities. Activities such as organizing technical trips for students to better observe the professional business environment, ensuring that students can do internships in companies abroad within the scope of the EU Erasmus Project, holding informative meetings with parents, preparing students' awareness-raising public spots and presenting them in various channels continue within the scope of the project.
